Nova Margery Pilbeam was born on 15 November 1919 at London, England.3 She was the daughter of Arnold William Pilbeam.4 She married, firstly, Frederick Penrose Tennyson, son of Sir Charles Bruce Locker Tennyson and Ivy Gladys Pretious, on 19 October 1939.1 She married, secondly, Alexander Hamilton Whyte, son of Sir Alexander Frederick Whyte and Margaret Emily Fairweather, in 1950.5 She died on 17 July 2015 at age 95.3
From 19 October 1939, her married name became Tennyson. From 1950, her married name became Whyte.5 She was an actress.1
