Sir Richard Benjamin Magniac Sullivan, 8th Bt.1
He was educated at St. Andrew’s College, Grahamstown, Cape Province, South Africa.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Sullivan [U.K., 1804] on 24 July 1954.1 He was with the Colonial Administration Service in 1957.1
