Brigadier Charles Harold Arthur Olivier was born on 29 August 1912.3 He was the son of Captain Robert Harold Olivier.4 He married Lois Mary James.5 He married Evelyn Elizabeth Stronge, daughter of Sir Charles Norman Lockhart Stronge, 8th Bt. and Gladys Olive Hall, on 17 September 1960.1 He died in 1992 at Andover, Hampshire, England.4,3
He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Artillery.1 He was Deputy Commandant, Bramshill Police College.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)1
