     Lucy Macfarlane was born circa 1846.¹ She was the daughter of Dr. Donald Macfarlane.² She married Hinton Daniell Stewart, 6th of Strathgrarry, son of Alexander Stewart, 5th of Strathgarry and Janetta Daniell, on 30 September 1869.¹ She died on 4 November 1926.¹
     From 30 September 1869, her married name became Stewart.

     Sir Kenneth Dugald Stewart of Strathgarry, 1st Bt. was born on 29 March 1882.¹ He was the son of Hinton Daniell Stewart, 6th of Strathgrarry and Lucy Macfarlane.² He married Noel Brodribb, daughter of Kenric Brodribb, on 1 March 1913.¹ He died on 19 May 1972 at age 90.¹
     He was educated at Trinity College, Glenalmond, Perthshire, Scotland.¹ He was a China trader between 1903 and 1919.¹ He was British Delegate to the Peking Conference between 1925 and 1926.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1927.¹ He was director of the Manchester Ship Canal Company in 1928.¹ He was chairman of Lancashire Cotton Corporation between 1928 and 1932.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Manchester in 1940.¹ He was chairman of TSB between 1946 and 1966.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the British Empire (G.B.E.) in 1950.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Stewart, of Strathgarry, co. Perth [U.K.] on 17 August 1960.¹ He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court in 1961.¹

     Kenric Brodribb lived at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.¹

     Noel Brodribb was the daughter of Kenric Brodribb.² She married Sir Kenneth Dugald Stewart of Strathgarry, 1st Bt., son of Hinton Daniell Stewart, 6th of Strathgrarry and Lucy Macfarlane, on 1 March 1913.¹ She died on 1 March 1949.¹
     From 1 March 1913, her married name became Stewart.

     Sir David Brodribb Stewart of Strathgarry, 2nd Bt. was born on 20 December 1913.¹ He was the son of Sir Kenneth Dugald Stewart of Strathgarry, 1st Bt. and Noel Brodribb.² He married Barbara Dykes Lloyd, daughter of Harry Dykes Lloyd, on 14 September 1963.¹ He died on 17 October 1992 at age 78.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.¹ He graduated from Manchester College of Art and Technology, Manchester, Lancashire, England, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He gained the rank of Brevet Colonel in the Duke of Lancaster’s Own Yeomanry (Territorial Army.)¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He was managing director of Francis Price (Fabrics) Ltd.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Stewart, of Strathgarry, co. Perth [U.K., 1960] on 19 May 1972.¹

     Barbara Dykes Lloyd is the daughter of Harry Dykes Lloyd.¹ She married, firstly, Donald Ian Stewart before 1963.¹ She married, secondly, Sir David Brodribb Stewart of Strathgarry, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Kenneth Dugald Stewart of Strathgarry, 1st Bt. and Noel Brodribb, on 14 September 1963.¹
     From before 1963, her married name became Stewart. She lived in 2003 at Sassella, 6048 Horw/St, Niklausen, Switzerland.¹

     Janetta Kenric Stewart was born on 6 October 1918.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Kenneth Dugald Stewart of Strathgarry, 1st Bt. and Noel Brodribb.²
     She graduated from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1942 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ She lived in 2003 at 1 The Ridings, Links Road, Ashtead, Surrey, England.¹

     Lesley Mary Stewart was born on 9 March 1921.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Kenneth Dugald Stewart of Strathgarry, 1st Bt. and Noel Brodribb.² She married John Berger, son of Harry August Emil Berger, on 19 September 1942.¹
     She was educated at Malvern Girls’ College, Malvern, Worcestershire, England^G.¹ From 19 September 1942, her married name became Berger. She lived in 2003 at 206 Parklands, Berea, South Africa.¹

     Harry August Emil Berger lived at Bickley, Kent, England.¹
