     William Raymond Shirecliffe Stephenson was born on 27 August 1898.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Henry Kenyon Stephenson, 1st Bt. and Frances Blake.² He married Madeleine Rose Butterworth, daughter of George Montagu Butterworth, on 11 April 1923.¹ He died in 1977.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1917 in the 11th Hussars (SR.)¹ He was joint managing director of Thos Turton and Sons, Ltd.¹

     George Montagu Butterworth lived at Westward Ho!, Devon, England.¹

     Madeleine Rose Butterworth was the daughter of George Montagu Butterworth.² She married William Raymond Shirecliffe Stephenson, son of Lt.-Col. Sir Henry Kenyon Stephenson, 1st Bt. and Frances Blake, on 11 April 1923.¹ She died in 1990.¹
     From 11 April 1923, her married name became Stephenson.

     Timothy Hugh Stephenson was born on 5 January 1930.¹ He was the son of William Raymond Shirecliffe Stephenson and Madeleine Rose Butterworth.² He married Susan Lesley Harris, daughter of George Arthur Harris, on 7 July 1959.¹ He died on 31 August 2008 at age 78.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Sheffield.¹ He lived in 2003 at Lomberdale Cottage, Bakewell, Derbyshire, England.¹

     Susan Lesley Harris was born circa 1935.² She was the daughter of George Arthur Harris.³ She married Timothy Hugh Stephenson, son of William Raymond Shirecliffe Stephenson and Madeleine Rose Butterworth, on 7 July 1959.¹ She died on 17 May 2017.²
     From 7 July 1959, her married name became Stephenson.

     Matthew Francis Timothy Stephenson was born on 24 August 1960.¹ He is the son of Timothy Hugh Stephenson and Susan Lesley Harris.² He married Philippa Delphine Lincoln, daughter of John Lincoln, in 1984.¹
