     Colonel L. N. Millard lived at Taunton, Somerset, England.¹

     Meriol Lesley Millard is the daughter of Colonel L. N. Millard.² She married Dr. Christopher Bosworth Cottrell, son of John Awdry Cottrell and Daphne Evangeline Bosworth Smith, in 1962.¹
