     Sudhindra Prasanna Sinha, 3rd Baron Sinha was born on 29 October 1920.1 He was the son of Arun Kumar Sinha, 2nd Baron Sinha and Nirupama Chatterjee.2 He married Madhabi Chatterjee, daughter of Monoranjan Chatterjee, in 1945.1 He died on 16 January 1989 at age 68.1,3
     He was educated at Bryanston School, Blandford, Dorset, England.1 He was chairman and managing director of McNeill Barry Ltd at Calcutta, India.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Sinha, of Raipur, Residency of Bengal [U.K., 1919] on 11 May 1967.1

     Madhabi Chatterjee was the daughter of Monoranjan Chatterjee.2 She married Sudhindra Prasanna Sinha, 3rd Baron Sinha, son of Arun Kumar Sinha, 2nd Baron Sinha and Nirupama Chatterjee, in 1945.1 She died on 23 April 1996.3
     From 1945, her married name became Sinha. After her marriage, Madhabi Chatterjee was styled as Baroness Sinha on 11 May 1967.

     Sushanta Prasanna Sinha, 4th Baron Sinha was born in 1953.1 He was the son of Sudhindra Prasanna Sinha, 3rd Baron Sinha and Madhabi Chatterjee.2 He married Patricia Orchard in 1972.1 He died in 1992.1
     He was a tea broker.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Sinha, of Raipur, Residency of Bengal [U.K., 1919] on 16 January 1989.1
