     Gertrude Elizabeth Webb-Peploe was born in 1833 at Weobley, Herefordshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend John Birch Peploe and Annie Molyneux.¹ She married Reverend John Hearn Popplewell on 19 November 1861 at King’s Pyon, Herefordshire, England.¹ She died before 1901 at England.¹
