     From 1876, her married name became Sharpe.¹

     Francis Gladwyn Sharpe was born in 1878 at Bath, Somerset, England.¹ He was the son of Colonel John Sharpe and Louisa Gardyne Smyttan.¹

     David Goodhart is the son of Sir Philip Carter Goodhart and Valerie Forbes Winant.¹
     He was director of Demos, a think tank.¹ He was editor of Prospect magazine.¹

     Sarah Stukeley was born circa 1684.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Hugh Stukeley, 2nd Bt.² She married, firstly, Reverend John Cobb before 1726.¹ She married, secondly, Ellis St. John, son of Ellis Mews and Christian St. John, in 1726.¹ She married, thirdly, Francis Townshend after 1729.¹ She died circa 24 April 1760.¹ She was buried on 27 April 1760.¹
     She was Lady of the Manor of Marsh, Dunster, Somerset.¹ From before 1726, her married name became Cobb.¹ From 1726, her married name became St. John.¹ From after 1729, her married name became Townshend.¹

     Elizabeth Rushout was the daughter of Sir James Rushout, 2nd Bt.¹ She married Sir Paulet St. John, 1st Bt., son of Ellis St. John and Martha Goodyear, on 17 August 1731.¹ She died on 21 December 1733, without issue.¹
     From 17 August 1731, her married name became St. John.

     Sir Henry Paulet St. John, 2nd Bt. was born in July 1737.¹ He was the son of Sir Paulet St. John, 1st Bt. and Mary Waters.² He married Dorothy Maria Tucker, daughter of Abraham Tucker, on 27 October 1763.¹ He died, 7 Aug –.¹
     He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was appointed Knight in 1760.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hampshire between 1772 and 1780.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet St. John [G.B., 1772] on 9 June 1780.¹

     Dorothy Maria Tucker was born circa 1742.¹ She was the daughter of Abraham Tucker.¹ She married Sir Henry Paulet St. John, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Paulet St. John, 1st Bt. and Mary Waters, on 27 October 1763.¹ She died on 26 May 1768.¹
     From 27 October 1763, her married name became St. John.

     Harold F. Webb-Bowen was born in 1883 at Paddington, London, England.¹ He was the son of Bell Ince John Webb-Bowen and Helen Charlotte Fladgate.¹

     Gladys Helen Webb-Bowen was born in 1887 at Paddington, London, England.¹ She was the daughter of Bell Ince John Webb-Bowen and Helen Charlotte Fladgate.¹

     Margaret Freke is the daughter of William Freke and Anne Swaine.¹ She married John Dennet.¹
     Her married name became Dennet.¹
