     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, South Wales Borderers.² He fought in the Boer War.²

     Agnes Harbord was born circa 1872 at Lowestoft, Suffolk, England.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Ralph Harbord and Elizabeth Pole Schenley.¹

     Richard Rich was the son of Robert Rich, 2nd Baron Rich and Elizabeth Baldry.¹ He married Katherine Knyvett, daughter of Sir Henry Knyvett and Elizabeth Stumpe.¹ He died before 1581, without issue.²

     John Fraser lived at Fonthill Abbey, Wiltshire, England.²

     From 1842, her married name became Schenley.¹
