     John Christopher Blackett-Ord was born on 30 September 1918.¹ He was the son of John Reginald Blackett-Ord and Lena Mary Blackett-Ord.¹ He married, firstly, Elizabeth Hamilton Mitchell, daughter of Major Charles Mitchell and Evelyn Hope Hamilton, on 24 February 1941 at Northumberland, England.¹ He married, secondly, Pamela Margaret Malim, daughter of Frederick Blagden Malim and Amy Gertrude Hemerde, on 6 July 1985 at Westminster, London, England.¹ He died in 1996.¹

     Elizabeth Hamilton Mitchell was born on 18 February 1917.¹ She was the daughter of Major Charles Mitchell and Evelyn Hope Hamilton.² She married John Christopher Blackett-Ord, son of John Reginald Blackett-Ord and Lena Mary Blackett-Ord, on 24 February 1941 at Northumberland, England.¹ She died on 4 November 1977 at age 60.¹
     From 24 February 1941, her married name became Blackett-Ord.¹

     Betsy J. Blackett-Ord was born in 1948.¹ She is the daughter of John Christopher Blackett-Ord and Elizabeth Hamilton Mitchell.¹

     John Hamilton Blackett-Ord was born in 1953.¹ He is the son of John Christopher Blackett-Ord and Elizabeth Hamilton Mitchell.¹ He married Sarah Patience Freda Rendall, daughter of Harold A. Rendall and Barbara M. Harding, in 1986.²
