     Joyce Freeland Round was born in 1884.¹ She was the daughter of James Round and Sybilla Joanna Freeland.¹

     Elizabeth Gordon Brodie Russell was the daughter of Francis Whitworth Russell and Jane Anne Catherine Brodie.² She married Sir James Naesmyth of Posso, 5th Bt., son of Sir John Murray Naesmyth of Posso, 4th Bt. and Mary Marjoribanks, on 19 November 1850.¹ She died in June 1887, without issue.¹

     Sir James Naesmyth of Posso, 5th Bt. was born on 9 February 1827.² He was the son of Sir John Murray Naesmyth of Posso, 4th Bt. and Mary Marjoribanks. He was baptised on 19 March 1827 at Drumelzier, Peebles-shire, Scotland.² He married Elizabeth Gordon Brodie Russell, daughter of Francis Whitworth Russell and Jane Anne Catherine Brodie, on 19 November 1850.¹ He died on 10 October 1896 at age 69.
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Naesmyth, of Posso [N.S., 1706] on 19 July 1876.¹

     Reverend Whitworth Russell was born on 17 September 1795.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Russell, 1st Bt. and Anna Barbara Whitworth.² He married Frances Carpenter, daughter of Vice-Admiral unknown Carpenter, on 6 April 1824.¹ He died on 2 August 1847 at age 51.¹

     Frances Carpenter was the daughter of Vice-Admiral unknown Carpenter.² She married Reverend Whitworth Russell, son of Sir Henry Russell, 1st Bt. and Anna Barbara Whitworth, on 6 April 1824.¹ She died in 1873.¹
     From 6 April 1824, her married name became Russell.

     Henry Russell was born on 6 February 1827.¹ He was the son of Reverend Whitworth Russell and Frances Carpenter.² He married Maria Charlotte Shelton, daughter of Henry Hammond Shelton, in 1848.¹ He died on 21 August 1852 at age 25.¹

     Maria Charlotte Shelton is the daughter of Henry Hammond Shelton.² She married Henry Russell, son of Reverend Whitworth Russell and Frances Carpenter, in 1848.¹
     From 1848, her married name became Russell.

     Whitworth Russell was born in 1849.¹ He was the son of Henry Russell and Maria Charlotte Shelton.² He married Caroline Eleanor Armstrong, daughter of J. P. Armstrong, in 1886.¹ He died in 1893.¹
