     Ivor Sainte Croix Rose was born on 16 March 1881.¹ He was the son of George Alfred Sainte Croix Rose and Beatrice Quain.² He married, firstly, Etta Mabel Gassiot, daughter of Commander Sebastian Gassiot, on 5 March 1907.¹ He married, secondly, Nancy Blomfield, daughter of Arthur Conran Blomfield, on 30 May 1918.¹ He and Nancy Blomfield were divorced in 1935.¹ He married, thirdly, Ruth Elldale White, daughter of Richard White, on 10 December 1936.¹ He and Ruth Elldale White were divorced in 1951.¹ He died on 5 February 1962 at age 80.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He fought in the Boer War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Grenadier Guards.¹ He fought in the Somaliland Campaign between 1902 and 1904.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded and was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Commander Sebastian Gassiot gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Etta Mabel Gassiot was the daughter of Commander Sebastian Gassiot.² She married Ivor Sainte Croix Rose, son of George Alfred Sainte Croix Rose and Beatrice Quain, on 5 March 1907.¹ She died in 1918.¹
     From 5 March 1907, her married name became Rose.

     Nancy Bertha Sainte Croix Rose was born on 16 January 1908.¹ She is the daughter of Ivor Sainte Croix Rose and Etta Mabel Gassiot.² She married, firstly, Captain Rupert St. Aubyn Malleson, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Wilfrid Malleson, on 10 December 1934.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Collyer Summers on 10 April 1961.¹
     From 10 December 1934, her married name became Malleson. From 10 April 1961, her married name became Summers.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Sir Wilfrid Malleson was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (K.C.I.E.)¹

     Captain Rupert St. Aubyn Malleson was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Wilfrid Malleson.² He married Nancy Bertha Sainte Croix Rose, daughter of Ivor Sainte Croix Rose and Etta Mabel Gassiot, on 10 December 1934.¹ He died on 12 July 1960, following a road accident.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹ He was awarded the Air Force Cross (A.F.C.)¹

     Nancy Blomfield was the daughter of Arthur Conran Blomfield.² She married Ivor Sainte Croix Rose, son of George Alfred Sainte Croix Rose and Beatrice Quain, on 30 May 1918.¹ She and Ivor Sainte Croix Rose were divorced in 1935.¹ She died in 1968.¹
     From 30 May 1918, her married name became Rose.

     Camilla Mary Sainte Croix Rose was born on 25 July 1919.¹ She was the daughter of Ivor Sainte Croix Rose and Nancy Blomfield.² She married Richard Oliver MacMahon Williams, son of Professor John Williams Williams, on 9 August 1945.¹ She died on 3 November 2008 at age 89 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.³
     She fought in the Second World War.¹ She gained the rank of 2nd Officer in the Women’s Royal Naval Service.¹ From 9 August 1945, her married name became Williams.

     Professor John Williams Williams graduated with a Bachelor of Literature (B.Litt.)¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Law (LL.D.)¹
