     Henry Teynham Woodward was born in 1903. He is the son of Henry Thomas Woodward and Marie Eva Schaaf.

     Henry Charles Roper was born on 6 April 1850.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Roper and Charlotte Lydia Pleydell-Bouverie.¹ He married Hilda Kate Marguetite Collen Stearn, daughter of Alfred John Stearn, on 14 August 1912.¹ He died on 12 December 1916 at age 66.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was a practising barrister.¹

     Alexander John Henry Roper was born on 6 August 1913.¹ He is the son of Henry Charles Roper and Hilda Kate Marguetite Collen Stearn.¹ He married, firstly, Marjorie Edith Vines, daughter of Henry Broom Vines, on 10 September 1947.¹ He married, secondly, Evelyn Joan Vines, daughter of Herbert Vines, in 1983.¹
     He was educated at Tonbridge School, Tonbridge, Kent, England.¹ He graduated from King’s College London, London, England, in 1934 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Empire Society.¹

     Marjorie Edith Vines was the daughter of Henry Broom Vines.¹ She married Alexander John Henry Roper, son of Henry Charles Roper and Hilda Kate Marguetite Collen Stearn, on 10 September 1947.¹ She died in 1981.¹
     Her married name became Roper.

     Henry Broom Vines lived at Lower Field, Bourton, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Richard Henry Roper was born on 29 November 1948.¹ He is the son of Alexander John Henry Roper and Marjorie Edith Vines.¹ He married, firstly, Bronwen Stephanie Coe in 1978 at Ashbury Church, Ashbury, Oxfordshire, England.^1,2 He and Bronwen Stephanie Coe were divorced in 1992.¹ He married, secondly, Christine Frances Brammer, daughter of Peter Brammer, on 15 December 1992.¹
     He was educated at Abingdon School, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Bath University, Bath, Somerset, England, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He lived in 2003 at Little Thatch, Wigborough, South Petherton, Somerset, England.¹
