     Lord Rupert Edward Llywellyn Paget was born on 21 July 1957.¹ He is the son of George Charles Henry Victor Paget, 7th Marquess of Anglesey and Elizabeth Shirley Vaughan Morgan.¹ He married Louise Victoria Youngman, daughter of Peter Hugh Youngman, in 1982.¹

     From 16 February 1980, her married name became Lady Megarry.¹
