Noel Entwisle Burnett Ramsay was born on 13 March 1907.1 He was the son of Noel Bannerman Ramsay and Edith Katharine Johnson.2 He married Phyllis Agnes Kilner, daughter of Arthur H. Kilner, on 18 June 1932.1 He died on 19 August 1942 at age 35, killed in action on board H.M.S. Quebec.1
He fought in the Second World War, he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1

Phyllis Agnes Kilner was the daughter of Arthur H. Kilner. She married, firstly, Noel Entwisle Burnett Ramsay, son of Noel Bannerman Ramsay and Edith Katharine Johnson, on 18 June 1932.1 She married Lt.-Col. Eric Cuthbert in 1949.1 She married, thirdly, Ronald George Fielder in 1982.1 She died on 2 April 1999.1
