     Jane Primrose Gifford Lywood was the daughter of Air Vice-Marshal Oswyn George William Gifford Lywood and Hilda Jessie Foster.^2,3 She married James Michael Leathes Prior, Baron Prior, son of Charles Bolingbroke Leathes Prior and Aileen Sophia Mary Gilman, on 30 January 1954.¹ She died on 15 September 2015.⁴
     From 30 January 1954, her married name became Prior.¹

     David Gifford Leathes Prior, Baron Prior of Brampton was born on 3 December 1954.¹ He is the son of James Michael Leathes Prior, Baron Prior and Jane Primrose Gifford Lywood.² He married Caroline Holmes, daughter of Peter Holmes, in 1987.¹

(Conservative) for Norfolk North between 1997 and 2001.¹ He was deputy chairman and C.E.A. of the Conservative Party.¹ He lived at Swannington Manor, Norwich, Norfolk, England.¹ He was created Baron Prior of Brampton, of Swannington in the County of Norfolk [U.K. Life Peer] on 29 May 2015.³
