     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1931 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1942 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Eric Pitman Liddell was born circa 1887 at Witley, Surrey, England.¹ He is the son of Thomas Hodgson Liddell and Mary Maclean Pitman.¹

     Elspeth Olive Radcliffe was born in 1907.² She was the daughter of Venerable Harry Sydney Radcliffe and Elspeth Tod.^3,2 She married Warren Dennis Michael Pollock, son of Harold Warren Pollock and Hilda Horne, on 15 December 1938.¹ She died on 19 January 1992.¹
     From 15 December 1938, her married name became Pollock.¹

     Douglas Warren Pollock was born on 31 October 1878.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward James Pollock and Alice Georgiana de la Rue.² He married Helene Charlotte Gadban, daughter of Paul Gadban, on 2 October 1907.¹ He died on 23 November 1958 at age 80.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1901 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1911 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1919.¹

     Paul Gadban lived at Fairholme, Southborough, Kent, England.¹

     Helene Charlotte Gadban was the daughter of Paul Gadban.² She married Douglas Warren Pollock, son of Sir Edward James Pollock and Alice Georgiana de la Rue, on 2 October 1907.¹ She died on 3 July 1975.¹
     From 2 October 1907, her married name became Pollock.¹

     Estelle Hoopes was born before 1915.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel Hoopes and Rebecca Violet Minchin.¹

     Henry Arthur Hinton lived at Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.¹

     Hazel Hinton was born circa 1916.² She was the daughter of Henry Arthur Hinton.³ She married, firstly, Major Howard Bourne before 23 April 1949.¹ She married, secondly, Major Jack Warren Pollock, son of Douglas Warren Pollock and Helene Charlotte Gadban, on 23 April 1949.¹ She died on 30 July 2008 at Rockdale House, England.²
     From before 23 April 1949, her married name became Bourne.¹ From 23 April 1949, her married name became Pollock.¹ She lived at The Bridge House, Shoreham, Kent, England.¹

     Nicholas Charles Valentine Pollock was born on 18 September 1950.¹ He is the son of Major Jack Warren Pollock and Hazel Hinton.²
