     Lt.-Col. Richard Cranley Onslow was born on 26 July 1857.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Walton Onslow and Isabella Penrice.² He married Edith Margaretta Beer, daughter of Francis Beer, in 1883.¹ He died on 25 October 1934 at age 77.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Brevet Colonel in the Indian Army.¹ He held the office of Deputy Judge Advocate-General between 1907 and 1909.¹

     Edith Margaretta Beer was the daughter of Francis Beer.² She married Lt.-Col. Richard Cranley Onslow, son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Walton Onslow and Isabella Penrice, in 1883.¹ She died on 18 March 1934.¹
     From 1883, her married name became Onslow.

     Cecil Isabel Onslow is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Cranley Onslow and Edith Margaretta Beer.² She married, firstly, Captain Hyde Gwynne Harrison on 10 August 1910.¹ She married, secondly, Major Charles Theodore Foster, son of Theodor Foster, on 3 April 1923.¹
     From 10 August 1910, her married name became Harrison.¹ From 3 April 1923, her married name became Foster.¹

     Captain Hyde Gwynne Harrison married Cecil Isabel Onslow, daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Cranley Onslow and Edith Margaretta Beer, on 10 August 1910.¹ He died on 24 July 1920 at Halla, Iraq, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Mesopotamia Campaign.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Manchester Regiment.¹

     Alice Mary Onslow is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Cranley Onslow and Edith Margaretta Beer.² She married Major Francis Richard Savage, son of Colonel J. W. Savage, on 22 October 1914.¹
     From 22 October 1914, her married name became Savage.

     Colonel J. W. Savage gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹

     Major Francis Richard Savage was the son of Colonel J. W. Savage.² He married Alice Mary Onslow, daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Cranley Onslow and Edith Margaretta Beer, on 22 October 1914.¹ He died on 29 April 1960.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Cheshire Regiment.¹

     Major Gerald Onslow Savage was born on 19 October 1916.¹ He is the son of Major Francis Richard Savage and Alice Mary Onslow.²
     He gained the rank of Major in the Queen’s Royal Regiment.¹

     Winifred Ida Onslow is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Cranley Onslow and Edith Margaretta Beer.² She married Lt.-Col. Alick Gerald Joseph Copeland on 16 July 1919.¹
     From 16 July 1919, her married name became Copeland.
