     Colonel Cranley Charlton Onslow was born on 19 September 1869.¹ He was the son of Hamilton Cranley Onslow and Henrietta Fanny Musgrove.² He married Sydney Alice Hastings Franklin, daughter of Surgn.-Gen. Sir Benjamin Franklin, on 9 November 1904.¹ He died on 17 December 1940 at age 71.¹
     He fought in the Isaza Expedition in 1892.¹ He fought in the Chitral Campaign in 1895.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded twice and was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1915.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.¹ He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Bedfordshire Regiment.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1923.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Brigadier-General in 1923.¹ He held the office of Military Knight of Windsor between 1930 and 1940.¹

     Surgn.-Gen. Sir Benjamin Franklin was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (K.C.I.E.)¹

     Sydney Alice Hastings Franklin was the daughter of Surgn.-Gen. Sir Benjamin Franklin.² She married Colonel Cranley Charlton Onslow, son of Hamilton Cranley Onslow and Henrietta Fanny Musgrove, on 9 November 1904.¹ She died on 22 January 1962.¹
     From 9 November 1904, her married name became Onslow.

     Cranley Cedric Franklin Onslow was born on 8 April 1906.¹ He was the son of Colonel Cranley Charlton Onslow and Sydney Alice Hastings Franklin.² He died on 14 August 1906.¹

     Lt.-Cdr. Denzil Richard Cranley Onslow was born on 27 March 1909.¹ He was the son of Colonel Cranley Charlton Onslow and Sydney Alice Hastings Franklin.² He married Bernardine Blackburn, daughter of David J. Blackburn, on 7 September 1940.¹ He died in 1973 at St. Marylebone, London, England.^1,3
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy Reserve.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Bernardine Blackburn was the daughter of David J. Blackburn.² She married Lt.-Cdr. Denzil Richard Cranley Onslow, son of Colonel Cranley Charlton Onslow and Sydney Alice Hastings Franklin, on 7 September 1940.¹ She died in 1976.¹
     From 7 September 1940, her married name became Onslow.

     Judith Marilyn Onslow was born on 25 March 1946.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Denzil Richard Cranley Onslow and Bernardine Blackburn.² She married George Sheffield Kinnear in 1970.¹
     From 1970, her married name became Kinnear. She lived in 2003 at 3 Abbots Way, Hartford, Northwich, Cheshire, England.¹

     George Sheffield Kinnear married Judith Marilyn Onslow, daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Denzil Richard Cranley Onslow and Bernardine Blackburn, in 1970.¹

     James Onslow Glyn Kinnear was born in 1986.¹ He is the son of George Sheffield Kinnear and Judith Marilyn Onslow.²
