     Terencio O’Neill was the son of Aedh ‘Buie’ O’Neill and Catherine Magennis.² He died on 16 August 1748, killed by Algerian corsairs boarding his troopship.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Regiment of Hibernia in Spanish service.¹ In 1743 he coveried the retreat at Camposanto but losing half his battalion in casualties.¹ He fought in the Battle of Velletri in 1744.¹ He fought in the War of Austrian Succession, in Italy.¹

     Catalina O’Neill is the daughter of Aedh ‘Buie’ O’Neill and Catherine Magennis.² She married Enrique O’Neill, son of Phelim O’Neill.¹

     Enrique O’Neill is the son of Phelim O’Neill.² He married Catalina O’Neill, daughter of Aedh ‘Buie’ O’Neill and Catherine Magennis.¹

     Felix O’Neill was the son of Enrique O’Neill and Catalina O’Neill.² He married Doña Jacoba Varcia Sarmiento, daughter of Don Francisco Varcia Sarmiento, in 1755.¹ He died in 1796.¹
     He held the office of Governor and Captian-General of Aragon.¹ He gained the rank of General in the Spanish service.¹ He fought in the Battle of Camposanto in 1743.¹ He fought in the Battle of Velletri in 1744, where he was wounded and captured.¹ He fought in the Battle of Culloden in 1746, where he was again captured and released as a Spanish subject in 1747.¹ He was awarded the Knight, Military Order of Charles III of Spain.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in 1763 in the Regiment of Hibernia.¹ He was Inspector-General of Spanish Infantry.¹ He held the office of Captain-General of Galicia.¹ He held the office of President of the High Court [Aragon].¹ He held the office of Member of the Spanish Supreme Council of War.¹

     Doña Jacoba Varcia Sarmiento is the daughter of Don Francisco Varcia Sarmiento.² She married Felix O’Neill, son of Enrique O’Neill and Catalina O’Neill, in 1755.¹
     From 1755, her married name became O’Neill.

     Colonel Terencio O’Neill is the son of Felix O’Neill and Doña Jacoba Varcia Sarmiento.²
     He was awarded the Knight of Santiago.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Regiment of Hibernia.¹

     Admiral Felix O’Neill was the son of Felix O’Neill and Doña Jacoba Varcia Sarmiento.² He died on 2 October 1812.¹
     He was awarded the Knight of Santiago.¹ He gained the rank of Admiral in 1809 in the Spanish Navy.¹

     Colonel Juan O’Neill was the son of Felix O’Neill and Doña Jacoba Varcia Sarmiento.² He died on 24 February 1809.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Regiment of Navarra.¹ He was 2ic of the defence of Zaragoza against French in Peninsular War.¹
