     Cornelius John Mary O’Kelly was born on 10 May 1914.¹ He was the son of Walter Joseph O’Kelly, Count O’Kelly and Mary Louisa Eliza D’Arcy.² He died on 28 May 1914.¹

     Walter Lionel O’Kelly, Count O’Kelly of Gallagh and Tycooly was born on 17 July 1921.¹ He was the son of Walter Joseph O’Kelly, Count O’Kelly and Mary Louisa Eliza D’Arcy.² He married June Mary Eleanor Kerans, daughter of Lawrence Charles Kerans, on 21 April 1954.¹ He died on 16 January 2017 at age 95.³
     He was educated at Stonyhurst College, Blackburn, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1942 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1943 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.A.I.)¹ He gained the title of Count O’Kelly [H.R.E.] in 1946. He was registered as a Chartered Engineer in 1969.¹ He was engineer with Bord Na Mona.¹ He lived in 2003 at Galey, 14 Mapas Road, Dalkey, County Dublin, Ireland.¹
