     Patrick William Kelly was born on 8 February 1800.1 He was the son of William Kelly and Jane Laffan.2 He married Sebastina Rosa de Aliaga y Calatayud Fuente, daughter of Marquis unknown de Zelada de la Fuente, on 1 January 1827.1 He died on 27 June 1874 at age 74 at 6 Vesey Place, Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin, Ireland.1,3
     He was UK Consul to Lima, Peru, and Cartagena, New Columbia.1
