     Reverend Stephen Croft was born on 14 August 1794.2 He is the son of Reverend Robert Nicholas Croft and Elizabeth Wanley Bowes.2 He married Georgiana Cuyler, daughter of Sir Cornelius Cuyler, 1st Bt. and Anne Grant, on 1 January 1835.1 He died on 23 June 1868 at age 73.2
     He was Rector between 1820 and 1868 at St. Mary Stoke, Ipswich, Suffolk, England.2
