JOHN W. WILSON DEAD.
Wednesday evening John W. Wilson, a resident of this city died very suddenly at his home. An inquest has not been held up to the time of going to press so we are not able to give the cause of his death.
The deceased was born in Skipton, Yorkshire, England, on the 30th day of March, 1833. He came to Utah in 1855, and located for a time in Salt Lake City.
He married Alice Harriet Smith in St. Louis in 1859, and located in Manti in 1863, where they have resided since that time.
Ten children, five boys and five girls, have been born to this family several of whom are at the present time living. Mrs. Wilson survives him.
The death was very sudden, as deceased was upon the streets during the day of his death. Funeral services will likely be postponed until Sunday if it is possible to keep the body that length of time.
