     Alwin Huard Brierly was born in 1877 at St. Pacras, London, England.¹ He was the son of Sir Oswald Walters Brierly and Louise Marie Hubard.¹ He died on 1 January 1916, killed in action.²
     He fought in the First World War.² He gained the rank of Private in the 25th Battalion, Australian Infantry, Australian Imperial Forces.²

     Josephine Mary Elliott is the daughter of A. Elliott.¹ She married, firstly, G. Rivett.¹ She married, secondly, Sir John Henry Holder, 4th Bt., son of Sir John Eric Duncan Holder, 3rd Bt. and Evelyn Josephine Blain, on 14 September 1997.¹
     Her married name became Rivett.¹ From 14 September 1997, her married name became Holder.¹

     G. Rivett married Josephine Mary Elliott, daughter of A. Elliott.¹

     Lt.-Col. Matthew Wakefield Drury Wood was born on 9 July 1917.² He was the son of Col. Evelyn FitzGerald Michell Wood and Kathleen Morton.² He married, firstly, Marjorie Longmire, daughter of Henry Thomas Longmire, on 5 September 1939.² He married, secondly, Phyllis Margaret Chavasse Holder, daughter of Alfred Ernest Holder and Gwendoline Louisa Ryland Chavasse, in 1967.¹ He died on 27 September 2013 at age 96.³
     He was educated at Brighton College, Brighton, Sussex, England^G.² He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.⁴ He fought in the Second World War.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Engineers (R.E.)² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Essex Regiment.² He fought in the Korean War between 1950 and 1953.² He fought in the Cyprus dispute between 1957 and 1960.² He lived at 6 The Orchard, Bishopsteignton, Teignmouth, Devon, England.²

     David Llewellyn Patric Jones married Georgette Sara Schwarz, daughter of Ernest Schwarz, before 1916.¹ He died before 1916.¹

     Kathleen Mary Pratt is the daughter of A. R. Pratt.¹ She married Henry Nigel Holder, son of Sir Henry Charles Holder, 2nd Bt. and Evelyn Ropner, on 16 April 1946.¹
     From 16 April 1946, her married name became Holder.¹
