     Adam Hepburn was baptised on 30 October 1638 at Haddington, East Lothian, Scotland.¹ He was the son of Patrick Hepburn of Monkrig and Margaret Lamb.¹

     Rachell Hepburn was baptised on 9 December 1641 at Haddington, East Lothian, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of Patrick Hepburn of Monkrig and Margaret Lamb.¹

     Jemima Wedderburn was born on 1 May 1823 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. James Wedderburn and Isabella Clerk.¹ She married Hugh Blackburn, son of John Blackburn and Rebecca Leslie Gillies, on 12 June 1849.¹ She died in 1909.¹
     She was an illustrator, using watercolours.¹ From 12 June 1849, her married name became Blackburn.¹

     Hugh Blackburn was the son of John Blackburn and Rebecca Leslie Gillies. He married Jemima Wedderburn, daughter of Rt. Hon. James Wedderburn and Isabella Clerk, on 12 June 1849.¹ He died in 1911.¹
     He was Professor of Mathematics at Glasgow University, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Maj.-Gen. John Wedderburn was born on 5 July 1820 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He was the son of Rt. Hon. James Wedderburn and Isabella Clerk.¹ He married, firstly, Matilda Costello, daughter of Don Costello, in 1846.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Panton in 1875 at South Hampstead, London, England.¹ He died on 4 January 1879 at age 58 at Haverstock Hill, Hampstead, London, England.¹
     He gained the rank of Major-General in the Bengal Army.¹

     Matilda Costello was the daughter of Don Costello. She married Maj.-Gen. John Wedderburn, son of Rt. Hon. James Wedderburn and Isabella Clerk, in 1846.¹ She died on 19 January 1874 at Earls Court Road, Kensington, London, England.¹
     From 1846, her married name became Wedderburn.¹

     Margaret Panton married Maj.-Gen. John Wedderburn, son of Rt. Hon. James Wedderburn and Isabella Clerk, in 1875 at South Hampstead, London, England.¹
     From 1875, her married name became Wedderburn.¹

     Patrick Graham, 1st of Murrayshall was the son of Thomas Graham, 4th of Balgowan and Anne Drummond.¹ He married Janet Murray, daughter of Andrew Murray of Murrayshall.¹

     George Hepburn of Athelstaneford was born between 1590 and 1595.¹ He was the son of George Hepburn of Athelstaneford and Helen Hepburn.¹
