     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.³ He wrote the book Philosophy of Language, published 1973.³ He wrote the book Truth and Other Enigmas, published 1978.³ He was Wykeham Professor of Logic between 1979 and 1992 at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.³ He wrote the book The Logical Basis of Metaphysics, published 1991.³ He was appointed Knight in 1999.³

     Ann Chesney was the daughter of John Chesney.¹ She married Sir Michael Anthony Eardley Dummett, son of George Herbert Dummett and Mabel Iris Eardley-Wilmot, in 1951.¹ She died on 7 February 2012.¹
     She was educated at Somerville College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.² From 1951, her married name became Dummett.¹ She wrote the book A Portrait Of English Racism, published 1973.²

     Laszlo James Argyll Luard was born on 28 January 2012.¹ He is the son of Peter John Luard and A. Dominica Sloane.¹

     A. Dominica Sloane is the daughter of Major Simon Sloane.¹

     Jenna Elizabeth Coverdale was born in 2005.¹ She is the daughter of Peter John Penn Coverdale and Caroline Simpson.¹
