Luke Howard1 
He was a meteorologist and chemist.1 He was a partner in the Plough Court Pharmacy between 1798 and 1805.2 He wrote the book The Climate of London, published between 1818 and 1820, 2 volumes.2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) in 1821.2 He wrote the book Baronmetrographia, published 1847.2
