Patrick Sinclair Hunter and Eileen Dorothea Ward, on 8 April 1967.⁴ He died on 29 May 2019 at age 76.³

(Conservative) for Worcestershire West between 1997 and 2010.² He was created Baron Spicer, of Cropthorne in the County of Worcestershire [U.K. Life Peer] on 8 July 2010.¹
