     John Murray was the son of Sir Patrick Murray of Ochtertyre, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Haldane.² He died in 1755.¹
     He held the office of Sheriff-Depute of Perthshire.¹ He was Principal Clerk of Session in 1723.¹

     Janet Ellem is the daughter of David Ellem.¹ She married Patrick Home, son of Alexander Home, in 1558.¹
     From 1558, her married name became Home.¹

     Margaret Cockburn married Alexander Home, son of Patrick Home and Janet Ellem, in 1601.¹
     From 1601, her married name became Home.¹

     Mary Murray was the daughter of Sir Patrick Murray of Ochtertyre, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Haldane.² She married Sir John Hepburn-Murray of Glendoick, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Murray of Glendoick, 1st Bt. and Barbara Hepburn, on 23 July 1703.^1,3 She died on 25 August 1766.⁴
     From 23 July 1703, her married name became Hepburn-Murray.⁴

     Sir John Hepburn-Murray of Glendoick, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Murray of Glendoick, 1st Bt. and Barbara Hepburn.¹ He married Mary Murray, daughter of Sir Patrick Murray of Ochtertyre, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Haldane, on 23 July 1703.^2,3 He died on 8 January 1714.³
     He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Murray.

     Elizabeth Kinnear was born on 21 July 1799 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ She was the daughter of George Kinnear and Fearne Gardiner.¹ She married William Bell, son of Hugh Bell and Bethia Bell, on 5 July 1820 at Cargillfield, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ She died on 1 August 1888 at age 89 at Paddington, London, England^G.¹
     From 5 July 1820, her married name became Bell.¹

     Emily Anne Howatson was born in 1836.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander Howatson and Caroline Shouldham.¹ She married Robert Gordon Watling, son of Robert Hammond Watling and Margaret Britt.¹ She died on 18 August 1861 at 21 Elliotts Road, Calcutta, India^G.¹
     Her married name became Watling.¹

     Henrietta Maria Alice Goodall married Edward Murray, son of Sir William Murray of Ochtertyne, 3rd Bt. and Catherine Fraser.¹
     Her married name became Murray.

     Hugh Bell was born between 1749 and 1761.¹ He married Bethia Bell.¹ He died in 1815.¹
