     Lt.-Col. Evelyn Pollock was born on 28 January 1861.¹ He was the son of George David Pollock and Marianne Charity Saunders.² He married Mary Tarrant, daughter of Henry Jefferd Tarrant, on 16 July 1890.¹ He died on 31 December 1951 at age 90.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Brevet Colonel in the Royal Field Artillery.¹ He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the Jersey Artillery.¹ He was Commandant of the Lines of Communication
in 1914.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1916.¹

     Mary Tarrant was the daughter of Henry Jefferd Tarrant.² She married Lt.-Col. Evelyn Pollock, son of George David Pollock and Marianne Charity Saunders, on 16 July 1890.¹ She died on 12 August 1936.¹
     From 16 July 1890, her married name became Pollock.

     Sir Ronald Evelyn Pollock was born on 17 April 1891.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Evelyn Pollock and Mary Tarrant.² He married, firstly, Margery Fitze, daughter of Samuel Fitze, on 7 July 1921.¹ He married, secondly, Pamela Margaret Anstice Prideaux, daughter of Francis Winckworth Anstice Prideaux and Nora Evelyn Chapman, on 10 May 1963.¹ He died on 9 March 1974 at age 82.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He graduated from Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was admitted to Gray’s Inn entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.¹ He was with the Indian Civil Service.¹ He held the office of Judge of the High Court of Nagpur between 1936 and 1948.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1947.¹ He was Acting Chief Justice of Nagpur in 1947.¹ He was chairman of the Medical Appeal Tribunal, Southern Region between 1948 and 1963.¹

     Samuel Fitze lived at Eastbourne, Sussex, England.¹

     Margery Fitze was the daughter of Samuel Fitze.² She married Sir Ronald Evelyn Pollock, son of Lt.-Col. Evelyn Pollock and Mary Tarrant, on 7 July 1921.¹ She died on 28 February 1959.¹
     From 7 July 1921, her married name became Pollock.

     Anne Margery Pollock was born in 1924.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Ronald Evelyn Pollock and Margery Fitze.² She married, firstly, Clive Robert Basche, son of Sidney Basche, on 1 March 1958.¹ She and Clive Robert Basche were divorced in 1979.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Cdr. Richard Holman Parson in 1981.¹ She died on 28 June 2000.¹
     She was in the Women’s Royal Naval Service during the Second World War.¹ From 1 March 1958, her married name became Basche. From 1981, her married name became Parson.¹
