     Sir Thomas Desmond Molony, 3rd Bt. was born on 13 March 1937.¹ He was the son of Sir Hugh Francis Molony, 2nd Bt. and Alexandra Campbell Todd.² He married Doris Foley, daughter of E. W. Foley, on 16 June 1962.¹ He died on 3 October 2014 at age 77 at Taree, New South Wales, Australia.³
     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He gained the rank of Pilot Officer in the Royal Air Force (RO.)¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Molony [U.K., 1925] in 1976, but does not use his title.¹ He lived in 2003 at Yamba, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹
