     William Orlando Markham was born on 28 January 1818.¹ He was the son of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness.² He married, firstly, Eliza Emma Smith, daughter of John William Smith, on 29 April 1847.¹ He married, secondly, Catharine Hamilton, daughter of Professor James Hamilton, on 21 September 1854.¹ He died on 23 January 1891 at age 72.¹
     He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)¹

     Eliza Emma Smith was the daughter of John William Smith.² She married William Orlando Markham, son of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness, on 29 April 1847.¹ She died on 12 August 1848.¹
     She lived Shrewsbury issue.¹ Her married name became Markham.

     Geoffrey Ian Keen was born in 1916.¹ He married Hazel Terry, daughter of Dennis Neilson-Terry and Mary Glynne.¹ He died in 2005.¹

     Thomas Hugh Markham was born on 28 November 1825.¹ He was the son of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness.² He died on 19 September 1868 at age 42, unmarried.¹
     He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was a practising barrister.¹

     Anna Maria Frances Markham was born on 22 March 1813.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness.² She married Reverend John Cox circa 1839.¹ She died on 1 January 1878 at age 64.¹
     From circa 1839, her married name became Cox.

     Reverend John Cox married Anna Maria Frances Markham, daughter of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness, circa 1839.¹ He died on 28 March 1867.¹

     Mary Helen Markham was born on 16 May 1827.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness.² She married Isaac Edward Lovell on 7 June 1855.¹ She died on 4 August 1907 at age 80.¹
     From 7 June 1855, her married name became Lovell.

     Isaac Edward Lovell married Mary Helen Markham, daughter of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness, on 7 June 1855.¹
     He lived at Guilsborough, Northamptonshire, England.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Sir Joseph Paxton held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹ He lived at Rock Hills, Kent, England.¹
