     Sir John Maitland, 6th Bt. was born on 25 November 1879.¹ He was the son of Sir John Nisbet Maitland, 5th Bt. and Annie Florence Mary Rickman.² He married Kathleen Offley Keates, daughter of Henry Thomas Keates, on 7 September 1915.¹ He died on 27 November 1949 at age 70.¹
     He was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1901 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1903 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Garrison Artillery (SR.)¹ He gained the rank of CAptain in the Officer Ttraining Corps.¹ He was assistant master between 1920 and 1949 at Dulwich School, Dulwich, London, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1925 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1932.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Maitland, of Clifton, Midlothian [U.K., 1818] on 14 December 1936.¹

     Henry Thomas Keates lived at Petersfield, Hampshire, England.¹

     Kathleen Offley Keates was the daughter of Henry Thomas Keates.² She married Sir John Maitland, 6th Bt., son of Sir John Nisbet Maitland, 5th Bt. and Annie Florence Mary Rickman, on 7 September 1915.¹ She died on 31 July 1959.¹
     From 7 September 1915, her married name became Maitland.

     Petronilla Kathleen Florence Maitland was born on 9 July 1916.¹ She is the daughter of Sir John Maitland, 6th Bt. and Kathleen Offley Keates.² She married Malcolm Park, son of Horace William Park, on 15 September 1951.¹
     From 15 September 1951, her married name became Park. She lived in 2003 at Stourhill, Sturminster Newton, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Malcolm Park was the son of Horace William Park.² He married Petronilla Kathleen Florence Maitland, daughter of Sir John Maitland, 6th Bt. and Kathleen Offley Keates, on 15 September 1951.¹ He died on 16 March 1963.¹
     He was with the Colonial Agricultural Service at Antigua.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Malcolm John Maitland Park was born on 17 October 1955.¹ He is the son of Malcolm Park and Petronilla Kathleen Florence Maitland.² He married Nicola Anne Jackson in 1982.¹

     Nicola Anne Jackson married Malcolm John Maitland Park, son of Malcolm Park and Petronilla Kathleen Florence Maitland, in 1982.¹
     From 1982, her married name became Park.

     David Malcolm Park was born on 29 September 1986.¹ He is the son of Malcolm John Maitland Park and Nicola Anne Jackson.²

     Emma Caroline Park was born on 4 March 1984.¹ She is the daughter of Malcolm John Maitland Park and Nicola Anne Jackson.²
