     Terence Charles Macnaghten was born on 3 December 1872.¹ He was the son of Elliot Macnaghten and Jane Maria Vibart.² He died on 30 June 1944 at age 71, unmarried.¹
     He graduated from Hertford College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1918.¹ He was with the Colonial Office.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1923.¹ He held the office of Administrator of St. Christopher and Nevis between 1929 and 1931.¹

     Kathleen Maria Macnaghten was the daughter of Elliot Macnaghten and Jane Maria Vibart.² She died on 22 September 1926, unmarried.¹
