     Susan Alicia Mackworth Surry was born in 1971.¹ She is the daughter of Dr. David Surry and Jean Clare Mackworth.² She married Steven Adair DePiero on 19 June 1999.¹
     She graduated from Western University, Pomona, California, U.S.A.^G, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ She graduated from Western University, Pomona, California, U.S.A., with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ She graduated from Western University, Pomona, California, U.S.A., with a Master of Science (M.Sc.)¹ From 19 June 1999, her married name became DePiero.

     Steven Adair DePiero married Susan Alicia Mackworth Surry, daughter of Dr. David Surry and Jean Clare Mackworth, on 19 June 1999.¹

     Graeme Thomas DePiero was born on 13 January 2002.¹ He is the son of Steven Adair DePiero and Susan Alicia Mackworth Surry.²

     Kathleen Jane Mackworth Surry was born in 1973.¹ She is the daughter of Dr. David Surry and Jean Clare Mackworth.² She married Bradley Allen Kobe on 8 September 2002.¹
     She graduated from Western University, Pomona, California, U.S.A., with a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.)¹ From 8 September 2002, her married name became Kobe.

     Caroline Jane Mackworth was born in 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Horace Eugene Mackworth and Jane Sangster.² She married Lt.-Col. Richard Edward Flowerdew, son of Arthur John Blomfield Flowerdew, on 4 October 1912.¹ She died on 12 October 1957.¹
     From 4 October 1912, her married name became Flowerdew.
