     He was educated at Sedbergh School, Sedbergh, Cumbria, England. He was educated at King’s College London, London, England. He graduated from St. George’s Hospital Medical School, London, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1 He graduated from St. George’s Hospital Medical School, Sedbergh, London, England, with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.Ch.) He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.) (Canada.)1 He graduated with a DCH. He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Physicians, London (M.R.C.P.) He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Mackenzie, of Scatwell, co. Ross [N.S., 1703] in 1986.2 He lived in 2003 at 2431 Udell Road NW, Calgary, Alberta, CanadaG.1
