     Arthur John Edward McClintock Macartney was born on 13 March 1877.¹ He was the son of John Arthur Macartney and Annie Flora Dunlop.² He died, young.¹

     Lt.-Col. Henry Dundas Keith Macartney was born on 1 February 1880.¹ He was the son of John Arthur Macartney and Annie Flora Dunlop.² He married Alexandrina Vans Woinarski, daughter of Stanislaus Zichy Woinarski, in 1911.¹ He died on 24 October 1932 at age 52.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Australian Artillery.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1919.¹

     Alexandrina Vans Woinarski is the daughter of Stanislaus Zichy Woinarski.² She married Lt.-Col. Henry Dundas Keith Macartney, son of John Arthur Macartney and Annie Flora Dunlop, in 1911.¹
     From 1911, her married name became Macartney.

     Constance Madeline Frances Macartney is the daughter of John Arthur Macartney and Annie Flora Dunlop.² She married, firstly, Captain William Mountifort Longfield on 23 September 1884.¹ She married, secondly, John Godolphin Rich in 1916.¹
     From 23 September 1884, her married name became Longfield. From 1916, her married name became Rich.¹

     Captain William Mountifort Longfield married Constance Madeline Frances Macartney, daughter of John Arthur Macartney and Annie Flora Dunlop, on 23 September 1884.¹ He died on 4 June 1901, killed in action.¹
     He lived at Ashgrove, County Cork, Ireland.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Hampshire Imperial Yeomanry.¹ He fought in the Boer War.¹

     Jane Catherine Nina Henrietta Macartney is the daughter of John Arthur Macartney and Annie Flora Dunlop.² She married James G. K. Snape in 1890.¹
     From 1890, her married name became Snape.

     John Edward Macartney-Snape was born on 19 May 1896.¹ He was the son of James G. K. Snape and Jane Catherine Nina Henrietta Macartney.² He married, firstly, Gwyneth Dorothy Seckham.¹ He married, secondly, Eileen Ware.¹ He died in 1979.¹
     He fought in the First World War, with the Australian Imperial Forces.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) and bar.¹ He was an early pioneer tobacco grower in Tanganyika.¹
