     Patrick Macarthur was the son of Duncan Macarthur and Isobel Campbell.2 He married Mary Campbell, daughter of Colin Campbell of Strachur.1 He died before 1727.1
     In 1672 he was named as eldest son.1 He was fiar in 1709.1

Charles Macarthur1

     Charles Macarthur was the son of Duncan Macarthur and Isobel Campbell.2 He died in 1743.1
     He was dwelling in Tirivadich, later in Achnamadie.1 In 1728 he consented to his nephew’s wadset.1
