     Patrick Macarthur of Tirivadich was born circa 1575.1 He was the son of John Macarthur of Tirivadich and Mair Campbell.2 He married, firstly, Janet NikEwir Campbell, daughter of Alexander Campbell, before 13 December 1599.1 He married by contract, secondly, Catherine Campbell, daughter of Sir Duncan Campbell of Glenorchy, 1st Bt., in 1611.1 He married by contract, thirdly, Catherine MacCorquodale, daughter of unknown MacCorquodale, in 1620.1 He died before 1632.1
