     Eliza Frace Percy was the daughter of Henry Percy.1 She married, firstly, Reverend Edward Illingworth before 1858.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Edward Lynch Lynch-Blosse, son of Sir Robert Lynch-Blosse, 8th Bt. and Charlotte Richards, on 19 August 1858.1 She died on 19 February 1861.1
     From before 1858, her married name became Illingworth.1 From 19 August 1858, her married name became Lynch-Blosse.

Edward Lynch Lynch-Blosse and Eliza Frace Percy.2 He married, firstly, Eva Lilian Brownrigg, daughter of Reverend T. R. Brownrigg, on 21 June 1884.1 He married, secondly, Anna Maria Wright, daughter of Edward Wright, on 30 May 1893.1 He died on 25 October 1927 at age 68.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the York and Lancaster Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Staff Major in the Japanese Intelligence Branch.1
