Thomas Oliver Westenra Plunkett was born on 8 April 1838.1 He was the son of Thomas Oliver Plunkett, 12th Baron Louth and Anna Maria Roche.2 He married, firstly, Clara Anne Kirkby, daughter of John Kirkby, on 24 July 1862.1 He married, secondly, Caroline Alicia Victoria Musters, daughter of Colonel Henry Musters and Margaret Domvile Achmuty, on 20 June 1874.1 He died on 6 December 1889 at age 51.1
     He held the office of Resident Magistrate.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Foot.1

     From 24 July 1862, her married name became Plunkett.

Thomas Oliver Westenra Plunkett, son of Thomas Oliver Plunkett, 12th Baron Louth and Anna Maria Roche, on 20 June 1874.1 She married, secondly, Annesley Horace Packe on 4 July 1892.1 She died on 30 July 1898.1
     From 20 June 1874, her married name became Plunkett. From 4 July 1892, her married name became Packe.1
