     Penelope Anne Mary Mander was born on 22 September 1946.² She is the daughter of Sir Charles Marcus Mander, 3rd Bt. and Maria Dolores Beatrice Brödermann.² She married, firstly, Michael Rollo Hoare, son of Rollo Hoare and Elizabeth Nancy Charrington, on 4 May 1965.² She and Michael Rollo Hoare were divorced in 1978.² She married, secondly, Captain Simon John Loder, son of Hubert Sydney Loder and Brenda Mary Adela McNeill, in 1979.¹
     She was educated at Convent Sacred Heart, Woldington, Surrey, England.² From 4 May 1965, her married name became Hoare. From 1979, her married name became Loder. She lived in 2003 at Manor Farm House, Cruxton, Dorchester, Dorset, England.²

     James Robert Loder was born on 22 July 1981.¹ He is the son of Captain Simon John Loder and Penelope Anne Mary Mander.²
