David John Downer Lawrence, 5th Baron Lawrence of the Punjaub and of Grately was born on 4 September 1937.2 He was the son of John Anthony Edward Lawrence, 4th Baron Lawrence of the Punjaub and of Grately and Margaret Jean Downer.2 He died on 14 August 2023 at age 85.3
He was educated at Bradfield College, Bradfield, Reading, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Lawrence of the Punjaub and of Grately, co. Southampton [U.K., 1869] on 8 October 1968.2 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Lawrence [U.K., 1858] on 8 October 1968.4 On his death his titles became extinct.

Sir Clive Wyndham Lawrence, 4th Bt. was born on 6 October 1939.1 He is the son of Sir Percy Roland Bradford Lawrence, 2nd Bt. and Susan Addis.2 He married Sophie Annabel Black, daughter of Ian Hervey Stuart Black, on 22 June 1966.1
He was educated at Gordonstoun School, Elgin, Morayshire, ScotlandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1959 and 1964 in the Coldstream Guards.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Lawrence, of Sloane Gardens, Chelsea [U.K., 1906] on 9 September 2002.2 He lived in 2003 at Woodside, Frant, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, EnglandG.1
