     Colonel Edward Lake was born on 5 February 1844.¹ He was the son of Colonel Sir Henry Atwell Lake and Anne Curtois.² He married Edith Dale Nichol, daughter of P. Dale Nichol, in 1885.¹ He died on 4 December 1910 at age 66, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Artillery.¹

     P. Dale Nichol lived at Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland, England.¹

     Edith Dale Nichol was the daughter of P. Dale Nichol.² She married Colonel Edward Lake, son of Colonel Sir Henry Atwell Lake and Anne Curtois, in 1885.¹ She died on 3 March 1939.¹
     From 1885, her married name became Lake.

     Emily Mary Lake was the daughter of Colonel Sir Henry Atwell Lake and Anne Curtois.² She married James Henry Cochrane on 17 August 1869.¹ She died on 22 August 1922.¹
     From 17 August 1869, her married name became Cochrane.

     James Henry Cochrane married Emily Mary Lake, daughter of Colonel Sir Henry Atwell Lake and Anne Curtois, on 17 August 1869.¹ He died in 1914.¹

     Clara Montague Lake was the daughter of Colonel Sir Henry Atwell Lake and Anne Curtois.² She died in 1847.¹

     Sheila Maydie Fitz-George married Lorne Campbell-Robson, son of Lorne Campbell-Robson and Gladys Ray, on 25 February 1941.¹ She and Lorne Campbell-Robson were divorced.¹
     From 25 February 1941, her married name became Campbell-Robson.¹

     Rosemary Campbell-Robson is the daughter of Lorne Campbell-Robson and Sheila Maydie Fitz-George.¹
     Her name was legally changed to Rosemary Fitz-George by Deed Poll.¹

     Brig.-Gen. Noel Montagu Lake was born on 10 September 1852.¹ He was the son of Colonel Sir Henry Atwell Lake and Anne Augusta Curtis.² He married Virginia Jane Parnis, daughter of William Parnis, on 1 October 1890.¹ He died on 24 December 1932 at age 80.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel and Honorary Brigadier-General in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was Temporary Brigadier-General of the Administration Northern Command between 1914 and 1916.² He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1917.¹
