     Sir David Kinloch of that Ilk, 1st Bt. was the son of James Kinloch of that Ilk and unknown daughter Graham.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Bethune, daughter of David Bethune.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Graham, daughter of James Graham of Fintry.1 He died circa 1700.3
     He was created 1st Baronet Kinloch, of Kinloch, co. Fife [Nova Scotia] on 20 July 1685.1

     Sir James Kinloch of that Ilk, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1680.2 He was the son of Sir David Kinloch of that Ilk, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Bethune.3 He married Elizabeth Nevay, daughter of John Nevay of that Ilk.1 He died in 1744.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Kinloch, of Kinloch, co. Fife [N.S., 1685] circa 1700.1

     Her married name became Kinloch.
