     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of GSO(3) in the War Office AFV.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 60th Rifles.¹ He gained the rank of GSO(2) in the HQ Home Forces RAC.¹ He gained the rank of GSO(2) in the HQ 21st Army Group RAC.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1945.¹ He was member of the London Stock Exchange between 1956 and 1974.¹

     Barbara Marjorie Warre was born on 1 March 1920.² She was the daughter of Major Felix Walter Warre and Marjorie Monteith Hamilton.^3,2 She married Major Roy Henry Montague Johnstone, son of Major Montague Joseph Charles Somerset Johnstone and Mary Marian Spottiswood Bayley, on 30 September 1939.¹ She and Major Roy Henry Montague Johnstone were divorced in 1960.¹ She died in 1990.¹
     From 30 September 1939, her married name became Johnstone.

     Roland Richard Montague Johnstone was born on 22 January 1941.¹ He was the son of Major Roy Henry Montague Johnstone and Barbara Marjorie Warre.² He married Sara Outram Boileau Whitehead, daughter of Lt.-Col. J. G. O. Whitehead, on 24 February 1968.¹ He died on 21 December 2007 at age 66.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1959 in the 2nd Greenjackets (KRRC.)¹ He was a practising solicitor in 1967.¹ He was partner of Slaughter & May between 1973 and 1991.¹ He lived in 2003 at Poorton Hill, Powerstock, Bridport, Dorset, England.¹

     Lt.-Col. J. G. O. Whitehead was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He lived at Canterbury, Kent, England.¹

     Sara Outram Boileau Whitehead is the daughter of Lt.-Col. J. G. O. Whitehead.² She married Roland Richard Montague Johnstone, son of Major Roy Henry Montague Johnstone and Barbara Marjorie Warre, on 24 February 1968.¹
     From 24 February 1968, her married name became Johnstone.

     Andrew Henry Montague Johnstone was born on 16 October 1969.¹ He is the son of Roland Richard Montague Johnstone and Sara Outram Boileau Whitehead.²

     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was with Unilever, seconded to United Africa County Nigeria in 1966 in 1962.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Queen’s Royal Rifles (Territorial Army.)¹ He was with Guinness Overseas Ltd in Africa and the Far East (and then Diageo) between 1972 and 2002.³ He lived in 2003 at 42 Howards Wood Drive, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹
