     He purchased Saphock.1 He graduated from Marischal College, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, in 1657 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Minister in 1674 at Peterculter, Scotland.1 On 22 December 1695 he was deposed as non juror.1
