From 1926, her married name became Adler.4 She was an actress.6 From 9 February 1934, her married name became Grant.3 From 30 July 1937, her married name became Child-Villiers. She succeeded as the Countess of the Island of Jersey on 30 July 1937. From 1948, her married name became Martini.

From 16 October 1947, her married name became Child-Villiers. After her marriage, Bianca Maria Luciana Adriana Mottironi was styled as Countess of the Island of Jersey on 16 October 1947. She lived in 2003 at Radier Manor, Le Chemin du Redier, Grouville, Jersey, Channel IslandsG.1
